The home also has a Minut noise monitoring device that measures sound levels only (it does not record conversations or audio) to help us comply with neighborhood quiet hours.

Walkability: downtown Northport is walkable for dining and shops; cycling to parts of Tuscaloosa and UA is common but can be hot in summer. Public transit: limited local bus service and no extensive regional transit—most guests use rideshare (Uber/Lyft), taxis, or personal vehicles. Driving/parking: street parking and nearby municipal lots; convenient access to US-82 and AL-69 for regional trips. Train: Amtrak serves Tuscaloosa (Crescent route) with a station on Greensboro Ave, ~5–7 miles from the address.
